Gender Pay Reporting

Snapshot: 5th April 2017

One Call Insurance Services is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap reporting under the Equalities Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap information) Regulations 2017.

This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings for men and women in our company. This report is for the snapshot date of 5th April 2017.

The figures set out below have been calculated using the standard methodologies used in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
